Corefact announced today that Joshua Patz has joined its team as Regional Sales and Account Manager in Southern California. Josh will focus on driving growth for the company through maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base.

An 11-year veteran of the Realogy team, Josh was previously with Coldwell Banker NRT as their Southwest Region Technology Trainer responsible for educating real estate professionals in 99 offices on tech tools which would increase their business and productivity.
