FAQ

What is the new split billing feature?

It gives you the ability to split the payment of your Corefact orders between two different credit cards at checkout.

How does it work?

The first step is to enter more than one credit card into your account profile. You can add additional credit cards under My Account > Billing/Credits Information or directly on the payment page when you check out. You may enter in multiple credit cards but payment can only be split between two.

Once your credit cards are entered, choose “Pay With Two Credit Cards” at checkout. You have the option to split the payment by dollar amount or percentage. The dollar and percentage amount automatically default to 50 percent to each card. You are able to change the split in either category by overriding the default to any combination amounting to the full payment.

Can I use this feature with my mortgage loan officer?

Yes, this feature is perfect to use when dual marketing with a loan officer or mortgage professional. You will need to obtain all of the pertinent credit card information – type of credit card, credit card number, CVC, name on credit card and full billing address – and add it to a single profile prior to using the split billing feature.

What are other cases where split billing is convenient?

It works well for the following scenarios:

  • Teams that want to split their marketing costs
  • Individuals looking to split costs across multiple forms of payment
