Corefact announced today that it has added two customer service veterans to its customer service team to support the growth of the company. Flora Burke joins as the company’s internal sales representative and Arnold Shurin joins as manager of customer service.

Customer service has always been a focus of ours and as we add to our customer base we will continue to provide that high level of service and support that we are known for. Both Arnold and Flora have extensive knowledge in customer operations and optimizing the customer experience and will be great assets as we move forward into our next growth stage,” said Chris Burnley, founder and president of Corefact.
Burke will be responsible for assisting Corefact customers with marketing strategies to optimize their success with the Corefact marketing systems. She has 15 years of sales and customer service experience, and was recently consulting with ProExhibits of Sunnyvale, where she worked in servicing and growing national sales for the company. She grew the existing customer base of ProExhibits by an average of 100 new accounts annually through consultative sales practices, telemarketing, prospecting and networking. Burke founded two different Southern California companies during her professional career. She is a graduate of the University of Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and currently lives in San Carlos.
Shurin will be responsible for the day to day operations of the customer service team, supporting Corefact customers and handling escalation matters. He has spent the last 10 years in customer service, contact center management, operations, vendor management, and CRM administration. He was recently the senior manager of customer service for Sharper Image, where he was responsible for supervising, hiring, training and mentoring all customer support associates. He additionally handled all executive level escalation calls and correspondence. He attended San Francisco State University and currently resides in Brentwood.
Corefact has grown steadily having surpassed 30,000 registered users on their system, and through partnering with leading real estate brokerages across the country. The company’s marketing system is known to generate a higher response rate for the sales people utilizing the combination online/offline system.
