USPS Delays Change to Saturday Delivery

On April 9th, the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service met and announced that the move to a five day delivery schedule originally planned for August 2013 has been delayed. The USPS is reopening negotiations with the unions and will look for additional cost cutting measures. A change to the delivery schedule would require a congressional change which has not been approved at this time. It is likely that not much will change this year. We are monitoring this and will keep you posted should anything change.

The press release can be found here.
